Key nearly choked on his own breath when he caught sight of the  haphazardly placed drink that threatened to touch his precious suede leather seat if the car so much as brushed against an intersection. “Yah! Hold on to that thing.” He pleaded desperately, “Let it spill and you’ll be walking.” Anxious all over, he kept one eye on the road that kept becoming greener and greener, and the other on the 2 year old. ”No idea, that’s why you’re suppose to be guiding me. This was your idea.”

Narrowing those tired feline eyes of his, he retorted, “I will never let you, never. You can’t even drive. If I wanted  play bumper carts we would be driving to the amusement part instead.” They’d been on the road for hours and honestly, Key was exhausted. Currently, he was living off of a plate of sliced strawberry and while it was delicious, it was unable to sustain him. He needed sleep, caffeine, WiFi and a face mask. The only thing that kept him going, kept him sane, was his determination; there was just no way he was going to let Jaejin within an inch of the steering wheel.

Most of his friend’s idea of fun was somewhere along the lines of eating, drinking, clubbing and karaoke—but then there was Jaejin. "Do you really think they’ll let you take an animal off the farm?" From an outsider’s point of view it would appear as if he was scolding a child, "Oh my God, it’s not a pet shop—ugh, why do you have to be such a creep!"

"What does the map say?"

“I think we just keep pushing north, sir. Onward, steady march.” He spared the odd spectrum a cursory glance before drawing himself further up in his seat, while making a deal of clasping his drink primly as he scrolled through his phone. “I know what I’m doing, see? I wouldn’t drag you along if I didn’t, I’m an upstanding young man. I know how much these things cost, I’m unbelievably prepared!”

Pouting slightly, he rolled down his window a quarter before rolling his cranium up, then back towards Key. If this car was so important, they could have taken his! His car was reliable- a champion swimmer diving into the ocean with a pack of floating babies. He could outswim the babies. Blinking his dark orbs wide, he continued;

“Creeps don’t go to farms, Bibum. Not to acquire mammals with which they will exchange good memories with. Farm animals are sweet. And I’ll be keeping all of this a secret until we get there because of your naggy-mom attitude. No soup for you.”

He gave an emphatic slurp of his drink that was currently in the works of turning his tongue cobalt.
